Blended Learning and the Flipped Classroom

What if students could have their lectures delivered at home and were able          
to do their homework at school?  How much better would it be if students 
were with their teachers when they were trying to practice and master new skills?

We might call this a "FLIPPED"  classroom.  Sal Kahn, founder of the Kahn 
Accademy explains in more detail in this video as only he can.
